sokapro-Who will win the El Clasico tonight?

Barcelona and Real Madrid will renew their rivalries tonight yet again in what will be a thrilling El Clasico match at the Camp Nou as the two chase a Copa del Rey final spot.

Real Madrid were beaten 1-0 by Barcelona at Santiago Bernabeu during the first leg of the Copa del Rey and they will be heading to Camp Nou tonight baying for blood as they seek to revenge on their long-time rivals. Athletic Bilbao who won on penalties over Osasuna await the winner tonight in the trophy match. Eder Militao, who is so frequently Real Madrid's defensive rock, was the villain for Los Blancos during the first leg of their Copa del Rey semifinal as the Brazilian's own goal gave Barcelona an upper hand as they put one leg firmly into the final thanks to him.

Barcelona are inching closer to being crowned the La Liga champions. It is safe to say that they have dethroned the Los Blancos from the top seat considering they are twelve points ahead of them with only eleven matches left to be played before the completion of the season. Barcelona, therefore, temporarily take a break from the title race as they concentrate on reaching the Copa del Rey final for the eighth time in ten seasons. It is worth noting that they have not been eliminated from the competition's semi-finals after winning the first leg ever since the 2006-2007 campaign.

Since being beaten 3-0 by Bayern Munich, the Catalan giants have embarked on a nine-game unbeaten run on home soil. Real Madrid have failed to reach the Copa del Rey final since the 2013-2014 season where they beat Barcelona in the final. From their current four showdowns in the 2022-2023 season, Barcelona have come out victorious three times while Real Madrid have only won ones. There is all to play for tonight as the two teams each look for bragging rights across Spain tonight after the end of the match. We can expect thrilling and exciting football as no El Clasico has been short of both.
