Manchester United are willing to make a transfer offer to Robert Lewandowski and they have made it known to the German power house Bayern Munich. The Poland superstar is on the best form of his career and is arguably the best player on the planet currently but was recently twice unlucky, missing out on the Ballon d'Or. He scored 55 goals in 47 games in the 2019-20 season helping Bayern to win the treble only for the Ballon d'Or ceremony to be cancelled that season in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. He further scored 48 goals in 40 games last season but still missed out the coveted award to football superstar Lionel Messi. He has 42 goals in 35 games so far this season with the most recent hat-trick in the UEFA Champions League.
The Red Devil's are now interested in trying to lure him to the Old Trafford given that his contract expires in 2023. He would be a great signing for United at the right time given that there are speculations that Cristiano Ronaldo might leave the club while Edinson Cavani will be out of contract by the end of this season.
