The EPL title race is getting tighter as the top four race intensifies.

Manchester City are now sitting at 73 points, 1 point ahead of their arch rivals Liverpool. Both of the teams had an identical 2-0 win this weekend, City beat beat Burnley courtesy of Kevin De Bruyne and Gundogan both assisted by Raheem Sterling while Liverpool beat Watford 2-0 courtesy of Diogo Jota and Fabinho. With only 8 games to go to the end of the season, the Reds are proving to City that if they just mess in as little as to earn a draw rather than a win in any game, then the Premier League is theirs to loose. 

Chelsea were crashed 4-1 by Brentford to make them remain at position 3 with 59 points. They now seat 5 points behind Tottenham who had an exciting EPL weekend following a 5-1 win over 15th placed Newcastle United. Harry Kane, Davies B, and Bentancur R netted in the first half of the game while Doherty M, Son Heung-Min, and Emerson Royal netted in the final half of the game. Arsenal are now 5th placed on equal points with Tottenham though they have 2 games in hand. The Gunners will be facing Crystal Palace tonight. West Ham and Manchester United are on shared points with each of them having 51 points with 51 points. The Hammers are 6th placed while the Red Devils are 7th placed with one game in hand. 

Manchester United settled on a 1-1 draw with Leicester City with Fred and Iheanacho scoring the only goals of the game. West Ham on the other hand, sunk further the hopes of a relegation threatened Everton by defeating them 2-1  to keep their hopes of playing in the UEFA games next season alive.
