The UEFA Champions League semi-finalists will be decided tomorrow and the day after. Bayern Munich who were stunned by Villarreal in a 1-0 defeat at the Estadio de la Ceramica will be looking forward to setting up a come-back at the Allianz Arena if they are to keep their hopes to win the UCL title alive. It will not be a walk in the park, however, considering that Unai Emery's men eliminated Juventus at the Allianz Stadium in front of their own fans following a 3-0 victory over the Massimiliano Allegri's men. Bayern Munich are however the favorites to get into the semi finals of the competition.
Another interesting Tuesday night clash will be between LaLiga leaders Real Madrid and current UCL champions Chelsea. The first leg at the Stamford Bridge was a devastating result as Karim Benzema crashed them 3-0 following his second consecutive UCL hat-trick. He had earlier hat-tricked against Paris Saint Germain eliminating them from the competition. There is no clear favorite in this match although Real Madrid have got an upper hand as they play at the Santiago Bernabeu boasting of a 3-0 advantage although any kind of comeback is always a possibility in football, especially in a competition that has previously seen teams overturn as much as a four goals deficit to proceed to the next round of the tournament.
Liverpool will play host to Portugese side, Benfica at the Anfield stadium on Wednesday night. They boast of a 2 goals advantage following their first leg 3-1 victory at the Estadio do Sport Lisboa. Going into this game, the Reds are the clear favorites to make it to the last four of the competition. The much anticipated game of Wednesday night will be between Atletico Madrid and Manchester City at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium. City go into the game with a 1 goal advantage after they won their first leg fixture 1-0 at the Etihad Stadium. There are no clear favorites in this clash of the last season's LaLiga champions and EPL champions as both teams have the pedigree to go up to the finals.
