Burnley are hoping for a miracle to happen at Villa Park in their favor and they definitely do not wish anything good to happen for Everton at Goodison Park.  Both Everton and Burnley are facing a reality of a possible relegation and they will play it their all in the remaining minutes they have of the game in the two games left this season. One thing for sure is that between Leeds United, Burnley, and Everton, one of them is going down, so which side will it be that will book its ticket down to Championship League? We will have a bit of a clear picture after tonight's games as two of the three candidates fighting for Premier League survival will be gaming tonight.

If Frank Lampard's side can snatch all the three points from Crystal Palace tonight, then the Toffees can be guaranteed to be part of the EPL next season. Burnley are, however, hoping that they beat Aston Villa tonight at the Villa Park and at the same time Crystal Palace triumph over Everton. If Burnley can only manage even to share a point with Steve Gerrad's side tonight, they will leapfrog Leeds and be away from the red zone ahead of the final EPL survival war on Sunday.

Going by the fact that the Clarets have got a much better goal difference than Leeds United, a draw tonight will prove massive. This will consequently mean that any victory against Newcastle on the last matchday will guarantee survival in the Premier League. Away from tonight's two very important games, Chelsea who have already booked their ticket to next season's UEFA Champions League will play host to Leicester City. A win over the Foxes tonight will cement their hold on position three in the expense of their city rivals Arsenal and Tottenham who are in a fierce battle to secure UCL qualification.
